   There is help for victims of physical and/or emotional abuse and victims of human trafficking.  The law allows foreign nationals who meet certain criteria to apply for and receive a visa if they have suffered severe physical or emotional abuse or are victims of human trafficking and they provide assistance to law enforcement.  If you belive that you or your loved one may qualify for a S, T, or U visa, call Shorstein & Lasnetski at 904-642-3332.
